Do messages go from my own WhatsApp number?

Messages go from DigitalHaalKhata's official WhatsApp Business number, but every message shows your shop name, address and phone number, and the Call button dials your shop.

How much does it cost?

25 paise for a payment, udhaar or due-reminder message, and ₹1.50 for an offer message. You top up a WhatsApp balance from ₹100 (+ GST). When the balance reaches zero, messages stop. Nothing else is cut.

What if a customer's number is not on WhatsApp?

The message fails, and the money for it goes back to your balance. That number is marked so the app does not try again.

Can customers stop offer messages?

Yes. If a customer replies STOP, they will not get offer messages any more. Payment and udhaar messages still go.

Which languages?

Hindi, Bangla and English. You choose the language for your shop.

Is this allowed by WhatsApp?

Yes. We use the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, with message formats approved by WhatsApp.
