How to request deletion
- Send us an email or WhatsApp message from (or mentioning) the mobile number you use in the app.
- Write: "Please delete my Digital Haal Khata Customer app data" and the name of your shop.
- We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days, and reply to you when it is done.
You can also simply log out and uninstall the app. Your login session on that phone ends immediately.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Your khata with the shop (purchases, payments, bills, EMI) | This record belongs to the shop where you buy. We will ask the shop to remove your mobile number from your customer record. Bills and tax records may have to be kept by the shop as required by Indian GST / tax law (generally up to 72 months). |
The app is view-only. It does not collect your location, contacts, photos or files.

উপরের ইমেল বা WhatsApp-এ আপনার মোবাইল নম্বর ও দোকানের নাম লিখে পাঠান: "আমার Digital Haal Khata Customer app-এর ডেটা মুছে দিন"। আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে কাজ শেষ করে আপনাকে জানাব।
